"Ophelia" Sourdough Starter

Created in 2020, tested & baked over and over again on the homestead... Ophelia has given us countless loaves of sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, bagels, baguettes and more. She’s been shared with hundreds of others to help them have a successful sourdough journey. 

In an effort to build even more of a community, I wanted to make her accessible to ALL. If you cannot purchase a kit or take a class right now, you can think of me as your friendly neighbor giving you some sourdough starter for your baking journey. Select porch pick up at checkout or just pay shipping. 

Your starter will come with our rehydrating instructions and once rehydrated, you'll be ready to bake. 

*Limit to 1 per household please*
