Frequently Asked Questions

Typically orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on the listing. You'll get a notification once I've printed your packing slip & that means it'll be leaving the post office in the next 48 hours! 

I strive to ship orders ASAP so it may even happen before the 5 day mark!

Due to the nature of the product, we ask that you contact us via email within 5 days of recieving the product. Any potential refunds will be issued once the product is returned, unworn/unused and any tag(s) still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Custom merchandise is non-returnable/refundable. 

Events/Workshops/Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. Please let us know ASAP if you'll be transferring tickets to another individual via email. In case of severe weather, events on the farm may be canceled or rescheduled. Attendees will be notified via email ASAP. If the class cannot be rescheduled, we will offer refunds.

Farm fresh goods have a no return policy. 

Great! Some quick information for private classes:

• There's a minimum of 6 people needed to book a private class. 
• You can expect to spend anywhere from $55-$85+ per person. 
• You can come to where I normally host workshops in Delaware, OH (10 people max) or I can come to you.

We typically start getting into "peak" season around the first week of July. I encourage all photographers to book sessions in July-September for the most blooms. 

U-picks, bouquet bars & other floral events typically will start around the same time frame. 

Our farm is not open to the public. However, we open occasionally for events & workshops in the summer. You'll be able to see those on the events page and on our social media. Please join us for one of those!
