Merchandise

This is what I love to do! Here's a light outline of what will happen if you choose to work with me:

Step 1: Deposit and Design Work

Step 2: Mockups and Edits

Step 3: Contract and Invoice

Step 4: Production and Delivery

Typically orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on the listing. Some orders are made to order. You'll get a notification once I've printed your packing slip & that means it'll be leaving the post office in the next 48 hours!

Custom orders will take longer. We'll chat about it during our creative process.

Due to the nature of the product, we ask that you contact us via email within 7 days of recieving the product. Any potential refunds will be issued once the product is returned, unworn and tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Custom merchandise is non-returnable/refundable.

Yes! We do not outsource our printing. Our designs, as well as any custom orders, are all done here by me in Ostrander, Ohio.

New in 2024 are hats and the leather & embroidered patches for those ARE outsourced from a local company here in Ohio, but I put them onto your hats, caps, or beanies of choice.

We offer t-shirts, tanks, crewnecks, hoodies, long sleeves, some athletic wear, hats, beanies, canvas totes, foam can cooler sleeves & waterproof stickers!

Got something else in mind? Reach out real quick & I'll tell you if we can do it or not.

On the Farm

Yes! While we are on the property. This means usually in the evenings and on weekends. That is just to ensure they have some extra predator protection while out. They get plenty of nutrients from their feed, treats, and from free ranging (hence why the yolks are so bold!).

We're looking into the Ostrander Farmers Market in 2024. Pop up markets will be announced on our socials throughout the year.

Great! You should have received a 5x7 instruction card with your packet. Follow those instructions to rehydrate Ophelia and get her ready to bake. If you're a visual learner, I have videos on our Instagram under the highlight "Ophelia How To". There you can follow along with me.

I share recipes periodically on our socials so be on the lookout for those. If you have any questions, please reach out.
