These 5 things are AFFORDABLE and have made my sourdough journey so much easier. Here we go:
1. Shower Caps - Yep. These hold in the moisture so well. Use them to cover your bowl when fermenting and proofing. Can even be reused.
2. Bench Scraper - I use this more for counter clean up! It helps get the sticky, dried pieces up off the counter.
3. Kitchen Scale - Weigh your ingredients for a more accurate result.
4. Mason Jar Lids - These are dishwasher safe and conveniently 1 piece instead of a ring and lid that normally comes with mason jars. Plus, these are bright and easy to spot in my cabinets.
5. Small Bread Lame - Razor sharp and small for better accuracy when scoring. Be careful with these!
