SPRING HERB BAR Sourdough 101 @ Goat Local

Join us in celebrating Spring with the classic Sourdough 101 course but with a twist! This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and for 2/10 only, it will feature an herb bar! Add your own herb mixture to your dough, take it home & bake the next day.

🎟️ Tickets: $65 per person

Includes a sourdough starter, instruction card, recipe card, quart jar, and jar spatula to take home.

➕ Optional Add-On: “Workshop Kit” – $20

Upgrade your kit with a cotton bread banneton, liner, and bread lame — everything you need to keep baking at home! Just add flour + water. (Purchase the Add-On when you purchase your tickets!)

Spaces are limited, and this one’s always a favorite. Come bake, sip, learn a new hobby that is both rewarding and nourishing. 

Note: This class is held on the lower level so stairs are required.

**Cancellation Policy** - this location only

5+ days notice: Full refund. 

2-4 days notice: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another individual and in some cases may be offered a refund if we have a waiting list and are able to fill the spot.  

No-Show Policy: Failing to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the full fee although you may still transfer your ticket to another individual. 

Organizer Cancellation: Full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date. This includes weather-related cancellations.
