Learn the art of sourdough in this beginner-friendly, hands-on bread baking class in Columbus! Follow step-by-step guidance, mix your own dough from scratch, and take home a loaf ready to ferment and bake. I've taught this class to hundreds of locals around Ohio now! Sourdough does NOT have to be complicated; it just has to taste good!

This kit provides all the core tools you’ll need for your journey. If you have never tried sourdough before, I do recommend the add on kit. If you have tried sourdough before, you may have some of these items and have the option to buy items separately at the end of class.
