🌸 WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your Rad Blooms cart experience automatically includes:
- Mobile flower cart setup at your event
- Farm-grown seasonal blooms (approx. 90–115 stems)
- Enough blooms for ~10–12 guest average sized bouquets
- Bouquet wrapping station (kraft paper + supplies)
- Floral snips + tools provided
- Full setup + teardown
- Delivery within 20 miles of 43061
💐 HOW IT WORKS
- Email us to chat about your event. If your date is available, we will email you an invoice for your non-refundable deposit (50% down). Once paid, your date is secured.
- 7 days before your event, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
- We will chat about final head count, weather and any small details around this time via email.
- The day of we will arrive and set up your flower cart experience.
- Guests select stems and create their own bouquets throughout your event.
- They will wrap, tie, and take home their arrangements.
- We return to handle cleanup and teardown.

- 🌸 Additional bouquets: $25–$35 each
- 👩 On-site floral attendant: $75–$100
(We assist guests + guide bouquet building for a full experience)
- ⏱ Extra time: $75/hour

- 🌼 Premium color palette upgrades (specialty flowers available upon request)

💳 BOOKING POLICY
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
- Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event
- Dates are not held without deposit
🌦️ WEATHER POLICY
For outdoor events, a covered or protected area is required as a backup in case of inclement weather. The flower cart is designed for outdoor use but cannot operate safely in heavy rain, wind or severe conditions. If rain is in the forecast, the cart must be set up inside or under a covered area (even if it may not be raining at time of set up).

All flowers are seasonal and grown on our farm. Varieties, colors, and availability may vary based on harvest timing. We call this "growers' choice". If a specific color palette is requested, we may substitute and charge accordingly. Substitutions will always be equal or higher value while maintaining your selected aesthetic.
