Each course purchase includes access to the Sourdough Starter Basics PowerPoint, where I walk you through safely rehydrating & maintaining a starter.  This course is meant for beginners and has a ton of valuable information & some how-to videos to get started. Your learning materials will include Ophelia (10g of dried starter), a rehydration instruction card, a classic loaf recipe card, quart size Ball mason jar & jar spatula. 

When you’re done with your course, you will get a link to our Facebook community group where you’re welcome to share recipes, ask questions or show photos of your bread!

What’s Not Inside the Mini Kit:

• No food items are included inside the Mini Kit itself. You will still need flour and water to begin your sourdough journey!

• No scale is included. If you do not already own a kitchen scale, please upgrade to the Signature Kit or purchase one separately here.
